Enrolled Agent Jobs and Tax Careers at Clarity
The short version: Clarity Tax Relief represents individual taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. We hire enrolled agents and people working toward the credential, remotely or from our office in Santa Ana, California. If that is you, we would like to hear from you.
Who We Hire
Most of our work is representation: standing between a taxpayer and the IRS, reading a transcript properly, and building a case that reflects what the rules actually allow. That work is done by enrolled agents — the only federally licensed practitioners with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS — supported by case managers who keep a file moving and clients informed.
We are interested in people who already hold the EA credential, people who are partway through the Special Enrollment Examination, and experienced case or client managers who understand that someone facing a levy is having one of the worst weeks of their year.
We Train the Credential, Not Just Hire It
The enrolled agent exam is three parts and a real barrier, and good candidates often stall on it for lack of decent materials rather than lack of ability. So we built our own.
It is open to anyone. It is also our hiring pipeline — if you work through it and pass all three parts, we want to talk to you, and the course fee is refunded when you join us.
What We Look For
Straight answers. The tax-relief industry has a deserved reputation for promising outcomes nobody can promise, and we do the opposite — we tell people what their options actually are, including when the answer is unwelcome. If you are comfortable saying "that will not work, here is what will," you will fit here. Beyond that: care with detail, because a transcript misread is a case lost, and the patience to explain the same process to someone hearing it for the first time.
How to Apply
There is no long application form. Tell us who you are and where you are in your career, and we will read it.
