No card required · 18 full-length exams · every answer choice explained

Most courses tell you their bank is big. Here is what is actually verifiable about this one.
Every one of the 355 subtopics the IRS and PSI list for the three exam parts is both taught and tested. We audited it twice and publish the number.
Each question is written, then independently re-checked against IRS.gov on current tax-year law. Corrections are logged, not quietly patched.
Cards and missed questions come back on a schedule that widens as you learn them. We could not find another EA course that does this.
Four objective conditions tell you whether to sit the exam or move the date — instead of guessing and paying the fee twice.
Part 1 is free in full — all six lessons, the flashcards and a complete 100-question practice exam. That is enough to judge the teaching before you spend anything.

Pricing and features below were checked against each provider's own pages in August 2026. At $399 our full course is the lowest-priced complete EA course that includes lessons — the only cheaper option on the market is a question bank with no instruction. We are also the only one that publishes a coverage audit.

Clarity Tax Relief hires Enrolled Agents, local to Orange County or fully remote. If you complete the course, pass all three parts, and join our team, we refund the full $399.
It is a straightforward trade. You get trained on the exact material and methods we use. We get someone who already knows how we work. There is no obligation either way — plenty of people take the course and go somewhere else, and that is fine.
Tick the hiring box when you sign up and we'll be in touch. Refund applies once you have passed all three parts and started with us.

Create your account and Part 1 opens immediately — no card, nothing to wait for. Leave your details here if you'd rather we got in touch, or if you want to hear about working at Clarity.
We use your email to send course access and occasional updates about the exam. We don't sell it, and you can unsubscribe any time.
You pay the IRS and PSI directly, separately from this course. A PTIN is $18.75 a year, each of the three exam parts is $317, and the enrollment application after you pass all three is $140. Those are their fees, not ours, and they change from time to time — the guide links straight to the official pages so you can check the current amounts yourself.
No course can promise you that, and be wary of any that implies it. Whether you pass depends on your own preparation and what appears on your exam. What we offer instead is concrete: complete coverage of the official content outline, questions checked against IRS sources, a readiness check that tells you honestly when you are not ready yet, and a 7-day money-back guarantee if the course isn't for you.
The built-in plan is 12 weeks at about 12 hours a week — one exam part a month, sat as you go. People with a tax background often move faster; career changers starting cold should plan on longer. The exam is closed every March and April, and each part you pass stays valid for three years, so there is room to go at your own pace.
No. The Enrolled Agent credential has no degree requirement. You need a PTIN, which takes about fifteen minutes online, and then you can sit the exams. The course assumes no prior tax knowledge and starts from the beginning.
No — this course is exam preparation, not continuing education. The two serve different people: CE keeps an already-credentialed practitioner current, while the SEE is the exam you sit to earn the credential in the first place. Once you are enrolled you will need 72 hours of CE every three years from an IRS-approved provider.
The exam tests a specific tax year, and it moves. When it does we rebuild the affected lessons and questions against the new law and you get the updates at no extra cost while you are studying.
Yes. We hire Enrolled Agents, locally in Orange County and remotely. If you pass all three parts and join us, we refund the course fee. Taking the course does not obligate you to apply, and applying does not guarantee a role — it depends on what we are hiring for at the time.
Clarity Tax Relief is a tax resolution firm. We represent people in front of the IRS every day — audits, collections, payment plans, unfiled returns. This course exists because we built it to train our own people, on the material we actually use.
That is the whole pitch: it is not a publisher's product written at a distance from the work. More about the firm, or get in touch if you have a question the FAQ doesn't answer.
Clarity Tax Relief provides exam preparation materials only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service or PSI Services. "Enrolled Agent" and the Special Enrollment Examination are administered by the IRS. Exam fees, testing windows and requirements are set by the IRS and PSI and may change — always confirm current details on IRS.gov before registering or paying. Course content reflects the tax year currently tested and is updated when that changes. Individual results depend on each candidate's own preparation and circumstances.
